Appointment information and how we use it
When you submit a request, the website saves your name, phone, email, service, duration, preferred date and time, and optional notes. The studio uses these details to manage your request, contact you, and arrange confirmations, changes or cancellations, and does not use them for advertising. Do not enter identity numbers, payment details or detailed health information in notes. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
Storage, notifications and retention
Vercel hosts the website, Neon PostgreSQL stores appointment records, and Resend sends notifications to the studio mailbox. Appointment records are normally kept for 180 days and cleared by a daily maintenance task; backups and received emails follow the providers’ and studio’s management arrangements. If maintenance is interrupted, cleanup resumes when it is restored. Contact the studio to request earlier deletion.
Request lookup and studio access
After submission, a private link allows anyone holding it to view the service, time and request status. Keep this link private. The owner can view names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes in the management area after signing in with an email verification code. These details are also included in appointment notifications sent to the studio mailbox. The studio login cookie lasts for eight hours.
Technical records and browser storage
The website uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Session storage records whether the opening animation has played. The server and hosting platform process IP addresses and technical request information. The booking endpoint uses keyed IP digests to limit repeated submissions, without storing raw IP addresses in appointment records. Rate-limit records are cleared by maintenance after expiry.
External platforms
WhatsApp, Viber, Google Maps and email buttons open the respective platforms. The studio receives information when you choose to send a message or email. Those platforms handle accounts, messages, device information and navigation requests under their own privacy rules. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok links are not yet enabled.
